In her words, at last.
A memoir series built from the notes she kept through it all.
About the author
The survivor who wrote it down.
T.J. Colman is a survivor of a ten year marriage built on coercive control. Her memoir series has been written from her journal entries, emails, texts and court filings compiled over the last twenty plus years. The names were changed to protect the people in them. She now writes to inspire other women to tell their stories.
H.D. Publishing is sponsoring her debut series, A Light in the Dark, from the first draft to the printed book. It is the kind of story we exist to publish: a voice kept quiet for years, telling it straight.
